Hi I’m Debra.

I love my extraordinary life! It’s been full of challenges of divorce, trauma, family health crisis, raising a child with autism, mental health issues and being the main financial support for my beautiful family. You can say I have my fair share of difficulties….. and I love them all. Each of these experiences in my life have brought me through a journey of healing, hope and enlightenment. With my Savior by my side, I’ve learned how to grow with my hardships and overcome great obstacles. As a wellness coach, I’m passionate about helping people discover their own ability to their healing journey amidst the chaos of life.

I’ve learned how to stand up for myself, love deeply, patience and see the world through his eyes, Take each challenge and this is what I’ve learn. Take each of these and make a bullet point as to what I’ve learn because of these experIncense.
